We’ll spend 5 nights in Rio de Janeiro, exploring its iconic spots like Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, Selarón Steps, and the artsy streets of Santa Teresa. From Rio’s vibrant streets, we’ll shift gears to Paraty for 3 nights of coastal charm. We’ll cruise turquoise bays by speedboat, swim at tropical islands, chase waterfalls in the Atlantic rainforest, and sample local cachaça in this laid-back gem.

Day 1 - Welcome to Rio! ✨
Arrive in Rio de Janeiro and settle into our boutique Copacabana accommodation. After some time to refresh and shake off travel fatigue, we’ll come together for a cozy welcome dinner at a charming local restaurant near the hotel. This is our gentle landing - good food, warm introductions, and that first magical moment of realizing you’re really here. The perfect way to kick off our time in Brazil and begin forming connections with the group.
Day 2 - Christ the Redeemer, Santa Teresa & Selarón Steps 🌈
We start the day with one of the most iconic experiences in the world: visiting Christ the Redeemer and soaking in sweeping views over Rio’s beaches, mountains, and cityscape. From there, we head into Santa Teresa, a bohemian neighborhood filled with art studios, colorful streets, and old-world charm. We’ll enjoy lunch at the beloved Bar do Mineiro, a true Carioca classic. The afternoon wraps up at the vibrant Selarón Steps, one of Rio’s most photogenic landmarks - expect color, culture, and plenty of photo ops.
Day 4 - Sugarloaf Sunset & Samba Night 💃🏽
Enjoy a relaxed morning and early afternoon to do your own thing - beach time, café hopping, or an excursion like hang gliding or taking a helicopter ride over the city. Later, we head up Sugarloaf Mountain just in time for sunset, watching golden light wash over the ocean, forest, and city below. It’s one of those pinch-me moments you’ll never forget. As night falls, we make our way to Lapa for a traditional samba roda, where locals gather to sing, dance, and celebrate Rio’s musical soul. Expect lively energy, rhythm, and a night that feels truly authentic.
Day 5 - Costa Verde Road Trip to Paraty 🌿
We hit the road for a scenic drive along Brazil’s stunning Costa Verde (approx. 4–5 hours), where rainforest meets ocean. After arriving in the colonial town of Paraty and checking in, you’ll have free time to wander its charming historic center - cobblestone streets, whitewashed buildings, artisan boutiques, and cozy cafés. A slower pace and a totally different side of Brazil.
Day 6 - Paraty Boat Day 🛥️
A full day on the water exploring tropical islands and turquoise bays aboard a classic boat. We’ll stop to swim, snorkel, and relax in some of the most beautiful spots in the region. Think sunshine, fresh fruit, music, and that carefree tropical dream feeling - easily one of the highlights of the trip!
Day 7 - Waterfalls, 4x4s & Cachaça 🍃
Today we venture into Paraty’s lush Atlantic Rainforest on a 4x4 jeep adventure. We’ll visit waterfalls, countryside landscapes, and local cachaça distilleries, with plenty of time to swim and explore. Bring your swimsuit and sense of adventure. The evening is free to enjoy Paraty at your own pace - dinner in town or a relaxed night at the pousada.
Day 8 - Return to Rio & Botequim Night 🍹
We return to Rio in the morning and settle in for our final night together. In the evening, we’ll come together for a Botequim Experience - a classic Carioca night hopping between traditional bars, sharing plates, sipping cold drinks, and reminiscing about the week. A celebratory, soulful send-off with the girls.
Day 9 - Departure Day ✈️
Transfers to the airport will be arranged according to flight schedules. Time to say tchau - leaving with sun-kissed skin, full hearts, lifelong memories, and friendships that extends far beyond Brazil 💛
Day 3 - Beach Day, Carioca Style 🏖️
Today is all about slowing down and soaking it in. We’ll spend the morning at Joatinga Beach, a hidden gem framed by cliffs and turquoise water — the kind of place that feels untouched and unforgettable.
After a scenic coastal stop at Praia da Barra Pier, we end the day the way locals do: sunset in Ipanema with an iced mate and biscoito Globo in hand. Simple, iconic, and very Rio.

We’ll spend 5 nights in a 4-star boutique hotel in Rio de Janeiro, featuring stylish rooms and a prime location, followed by 3 nights in a charming inn in Paraty, known for its cobblestone streets and laid-back coastal charm. All rooms are double occupancy, so you’ll be paired with another amazing woman from the group. What’s the weather like? March in Brazil is warm, tropical, and vibrant 🌞 Expect daytime temperatures around 75–85°F (24–29°C)... perfect for beach days, boat tours, and exploring. It’s technically the tail end of summer, so you may get an occasional tropical rain shower, but they’re usually brief and refreshing. Can I come solo? Absolutely! Most women join solo, and that’s kind of the magic. This trip is designed so you feel welcomed, supported, and connected from day one — like joining a group of friends you just haven’t met yet. 🗺 THE LOGISTICS Are flights included? No, flights are not included. You’ll book your own flight to Rio de Janeiro–Galeão International Airport (GIG) so you can choose the best route and price from your home base. Do I need a visa? If you’re a U.S. citizen, you’ll need to apply for a Brazil eVisa prior to travel. Travelers from other countries should check with their local Brazilian consulate for entry requirements. Is travel insurance required? Travel insurance is highly recommended. Be sure your policy covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage.
