We recommend arriving earlier in the day on February 19 to settle in and join the included welcome dinner that evening. For that reason, all payments are considered nonrefundable after December 6, 2025 (75 days before the trip start).⁣⁣⁣ If you’re on a payment plan, your $500 deposit is always nonrefundable. Any additional payments made before December 6, 2025 are refundable (minus a 10% administrative fee).⁣⁣⁣ If you paid in full, the same policy applies — you may cancel and receive a refund (minus $500 and a 10% administrative fee) up until December 6, 2025.
